Withdrawal Policy 

1. Right of Withdrawal  
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period  
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal  
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform ALG Luca via a clear statement, for example by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Sending a letter by post is optional. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

4. Compliance with the Deadline  
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Effects of Withdrawal  
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery), will be reimbursed without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day the withdrawal notification is received.  
The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

6. Right of Retention  
Reimbursement can be withheld until the goods are received back or until proof of shipment has been provided, whichever is earlier.

7. Return of Goods  
Goods must be sent back or handed over without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day of notification of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the fourteen-day period expires.

8. Return Costs  
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Liability for Diminished Value  
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
